SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The responsibilities consist of preparing and compiling project related documentation and spreadsheets; securing and setting up of equipment, arranging other logistical elements; participating in meetings; management and handling all expense reports, receipt management, budget reports, and invoices; and consolidate, track, and evaluate information through report generation.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Research and evaluate applications and services for use by the institution.
• Provide a matrix when possible, detailing features within each different application or service.
• Assist with the deployment and upkeep of the group’s Share Point content.
• Participate in and learn about the SAP production side of IT and the business. 

•    This position begins Spring/January 2019

 

EDUCATION:
• Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management or Project Management with a minor in IT related field.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution. 
• Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status at minimum. 
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

•  Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week between the days/hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Self-starter
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills

 


COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
